Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days to lodge an application for a return via email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt and/or proof of purchase.

If your application for a refund is accepted, you will be responsible for covering shipping fees. Following your application we will send you instructions on how to proceed.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately so that you may know if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, as returns are only accepted within 14 days and so that we can evaluate the issue and act accordingly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if it meets the above criteria of being unused and within 14 days.
The fastest process for you will be via a return of the unwanted product and purchasing your desired product.
Refunds
We will notify you after inspection of your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
